About Karen:  Karen is originally from Motown, the city of soul…Detroit, MI. She performed in several groups in Detroit and Windsor, Canada. Her repertoire includes everything from Pop to Classical, Country to R&B/Soul.  Karen is a solid, experienced performer and has entertained crowds in Michigan, Colorado, Arizona and California in top notch venues such as: Greektown Casino, Motorcity Casino, and MGM Casino in Detroit, MI.  Windsor Casino, Windsor Raceway (Ontario, CA), Spa Resort and Casino (CA). Her influences include, Aretha Franklin, Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Whitney Houston. You can hear the soul and power in her classically trained voice when she sings silky ballads or when she belts out vocal acrobatics the likes of Chaka Khan. Karen spent over seven years entertaining with the dance band Tribe 7 and the award winning Bad Sneakers Band.

Karen currently fronts the Hamptons Band here in Phoenix Arizona and has for the past 7 years. Voted Best Live Band in Arizona 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020. The Hamptons Band are a Scottsdale/Phoenix area cover band who specialize in corporate events, galas, weddings and private parties. Available as a 6 piece band, or up to an 25 piece big band with brass,
